Minister of IT, Industries and Municipal Administration for India’s State of Telangana Visits alliantgroup Headquarters to Discuss Company’s Job Creation in Hyderabad

The Minister of IT for India’s Telangana state, Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, better known as KTR, received a warm welcome at alliantgroup’s Houston headquarters to discuss job growth and further investment in Hyderabad. KTR and alliantgroup CEO, Dhaval Jadav, hosted an exuberant conversation about expanding the consulting and management engineering firm’s already strong presence in the Hyderabad region, the ‘Silicon Valley of India.’ alliantgroup has rapidly grown their workforce in the Indian city to 1,000 and plans to expand that to more than 5,000 workers.

alliantgroup was created to support the growth and innovation of small to medium-sized businesses, providing them with the same level of consulting services available to large corporations. Providing high quality, experienced talent able to act as a seamless extension of a CPA firm’s or business’ team has been a natural and quick growing addition to alliantgroup’s overall services. This business line, alliantTALENT, is fortunate to have launched with the industry’s most coveted experts who have created similar teams for the Big Four and their clients, including alliantTALENT CEO, Jim Brady; COO, Subrata Bagchi; and Chairman of Professional Services, Frank Tirelli.

The Minister’s visit highlights the significance of alliantgroup’s trust in Hyderabad’s – and the greater region’s – talent and growing partnership with the U.S. business. Of Jadav’s commitment to grow alliantTALENT’s team in the area, KTR stated, “This move once again exemplifies the unwavering trust and confidence that the BFSI [Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance] industry has placed in the city.”

“It was such an honor to host the Minister during his U.S. visit. alliantgroup continues to invest heavily in automation, AI technologies and platforms to benefit U.S. businesses and CPA firms. It is so exciting to have the support of Telangana’s Minster of IT, Industries and Municipal Administration in finding and training technical talent for alliantgroup and its clients and partners! And we are pleased he shares our excitement for the growth opportunities in Telangana and look forward to mutual investment for years to come,” said Dhaval Jadav, alliantgroup’s CEO.
