Creating Pathways to Opportunity

With the growing need for technical talent within the country and diminishing talent pool, alliantgroup’s CEO—Dhaval Jadav, created The Blue Heart Fund with the goal of giving back to our community by providing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education opportunities to students across the nation.

From STEM field trips to scholarship programs and everything in between, The Blue Heart Fund aims to encourage young people to have a passion for STEM, so that one day they can pursue careers in STEM and become the innovators of tomorrow.

alliantgroup Black Collaborative

In May of 2020, several Black alliantgroup leaders were moved to take action as a result of the growing racial injustice movement. Kim Allen and other black professionals reached out to alliantgroup CEO, Dhaval Jadav to create a platform for alliantgroup Black professionals to openly discuss issues surrounding race, equity and community.

Since 2019, this award has been rewarding local science teachers who are increasing student engagement and achievement through innovative lesson plans that emphasize both the importance and fun aspects of science.

Houston Independent School District

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is the largest school district in Texas and the seventh largest in the nation. HISD has 276 schools and serves over 194,000 students in the Houston area, from which 75% come from low-income families.

Space Center Houston and alliantgroup share a mission to inspire the next generation to have a passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and innovation. Our CEO Dhaval Jadav serves on the Space Center Houston Board of Directors and is a passionate advocate for all children to have access to technical education.

Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce

GHWCC is a nonprofit organization of highly influential and diverse women and men dedicated to the advancement and empowerment of women through avenues of leadership, education, advocacy and mentoring.

Compudopt

Compudopt is a non-profit organization that distributes refurbished computers that were donated by corporations to families in need. Comp-U-Dopt also provides technology-based after school programming.

Kids' Meals

Kids’ Meals mission is to end childhood hunger by delivering free healthy meals to the doorsteps of Greater Houston’s hungriest preschool-aged children and through collaboration provide their families with resources to help end the cycle of poverty.

Association Partnerships

National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA)

alliantgroup partnered with NTMA to support the National Robotics League (NRL) and was the national sponsor of the NRL Innovation Award.

National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA)

alliantgroup has had a close relationship with the NSCA for several years and we have been supportive of their Ignite Education Foundation.

Scholarship Programs

alliantgroup STEaM Scholarships

STEaM = science, technology, engineering, accounting & math

Since 2017, the alliantgroup Blue Heart Fund has awarded over $1 million in scholarships to students across the country pursuing a career in STEM and this year, we have expanded our program to include accounting majors, making STEM into STEaM. The addition of accountancy to our program comes with the continued drop of accounting graduates in the U.S., so it will be imperative that the next generation is equipped to fill these valuable technical positions based in the country.

We hope to encourage more young scholars to enter these fields and create more domestic technical workers who will one day drive the American economy. By investing in the next generation, alliantgroup aims to strengthen our community and provide opportunities for deserving students.
